All iCase.au orders are packed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Every order is sent with tracking, using Australia Post or CouriersPlease depending on the destination, parcel size and service availability.

Orders are generally dispatched on the same or next business day. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking number and carrier link.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Remote destinations and carrier disruptions may require additional transit time.
